Overview

This is a position for an experienced Job Captain to help lead team effort in support of Healthcare and Federal clients & projects.  Background in Healthcare/Federal design projects is not requirement for this position but a strong advantage. This position will support projects in our Los Angeles and Las Vegas offices.  Limited travel is required.

Responsibilities

This position will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team of Architects and Engineers and be responsible for the architectural technical excellence of documents for the core team.  This position will require a candidate that can work with minimal direction and be able to execute the responsibilities given to them by project and office leadership.  The candidate must have a working knowledge of CA codes, as well as a high level of Revit capabilities. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in all aspects of architecture
  • A good comprehension of California codes and LEED processes
  • Strong ability for technical problem solving
  • Experience coordinating drawings and specs. with consultants required
  • Experience in Construction Administration phase of projects a plus
  • Experience in working Federal and Healthcare projects preferred
  • Must be well versed in most recent version of Revit
