    Established in 1915, Leo A Daly is an internationally renowned architecture, planning, engineering, and interior design firm seeking a bright, confident, and experienced Marketing Coordinator for its Las Vegas office. You will assist industry-leading architects and interior designers in winning new business. You will apply your talents to the development, organization, and coordination of proposals and presentations. If you are looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your proposal, graphic, and writing skills, this is the position for you! A/E industry knowledge is a plus.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate proposals in collaboration with marketing manager and market sector leaders (develop, organize, and produce)
    • Develop qualifications packages and general marketing materials
    • Work with market sector leaders and project managers to develop and produce presentations and various special projects
    • Collaborate with marketing team on deadline-based efforts
    • Provide assistance to business development

    Qualifications

     

    • Professional degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, or related field
    • Minimum five years' experience providing marketing services. Experience with specific architecture/engineering marketing is a plus
    • Knowledge in the local Las Vegas market is a plus
    • Clear and consistent writer and editor
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required, along with strong grammar, spelling, composition, and proofreading abilities
    • Adept at MS Office Suite: MS Word, MS PowerPoint;  Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign
    • Database understanding essential; Deltek Vision knowledge is a plus
    • Experience working in a project-driven environment, requiring flexibility and teamwork
    • Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
    • Superior experience in prioritizing and executing tasks to meet submittal deadlines
    • Manage local external communications and press releases with assistance from Corporate marketing
    • Develop and manage positioning activities for the local community in our targeted markets to build brand  awareness
