  • Overview

    This full-time Senior Interior Designer will work on a wide variety of projects and be responsible for conceptual design, design development and construction documentations. The candidate will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team of designers, architects and engineers and have the capability to produce documentation as well as delegate and manage the work of junior designers.


    • Ability to develop functional requirements and project design criteria for a wide variety of building types and complexities.
    • Requires substantial knowledge of design, planning principles and construction documents
    • Knowledge of interior code
    • Knowledge of construction administration and multi discipline coordination
    • Performs work requiring independent judgment in evaluation, selection and substantial adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedure and criteria
    • Strong knowledge of both interior products and furniture
    • Ability to program client’s needs
    • Ability to develop project FF&E procurement packages
    • Ability to write reports and specifications
    • Ability to work directly with clients and interpret their needs


     • Technical requirements include high level competency in use of design and production software (i.e., Revit, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch Up, etc.) and knowledge of MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is also required. 
    • Must have the ability to work collaboratively with individuals throughout the organization and requires a strong team-oriented approach, as well as excellent organization and time management skills.
    • The position requires a degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the Interior Design Industry, entertainment and hospitality design encouraged.
    • Certified Interior Designer (CID) and LEED accreditation is a plus.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
    • Strong client communication skills.
    • Capable of managing large hospitality projects.
    • Knowledge of design trends
