    The successful candidate will perform miscellaneous drafting tasks in support of architecture and engineering projects from conceptual design through preparation of contract documents and record drawings under the direct supervision of one or more licensed professionals.

    Responsibilities

    Candidate will work as part of a multi-discipline team providing documentation of architectural and engineering designs during all phases of multiple simultaneous projects located throughout the United States. Candidate will perform assignments under the direct supervision of one or more licensed professionals.  Candidate will concentrate on specific design or technical documentation tasks that contribute to overall projects.

     

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Performs Revit modeling and detailing
    • Performs AutoCAD drafting and detailing
    • Assists to conduct site investigations and observations
    • Assists to perform cross-discipline discussions and coordination
    • Assists to prepare narratives, reports, and drawings in accordance with a high degree of quality, yet with regard to project schedule and budget constraints

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Must be working towards expected May 2021 or May 2022 graduation of ABET-accredited degree in Masters of Architectural Engineering (MAE).
    • Positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant working as part of a multi-discipline team.
    • Active involvement and demonstrated leadership skills in extracurricular activities on campus and in the community is preferred.
    • Knowledge and proficiency with computer software including REVIT and AutoCAD is a preferred.
    • Strong problem solving and self-motivation skills.
