  • Overview

    This position is for a Senior Technical Project Architect with some project management skills within our Healthcare team

    Responsibilities

    Candidates must demonstrate experience in Healthcare project types with a high degree of technical complexity; large hospitals experience strongly preferred.  The position requires involvement with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently. Candidates must exhibit excellent client relation values and are expected to be involved with design, technical coordination, and production meetings. Candidates will coordinate the workload of the Project Team through the entire project development to complete documents on schedule and within the client's and the Company's budgets

    Qualifications

    • Strong comprehension of California Codes
    • Minimum of 12 years overall experience and minimum of 8 years in Healthcare projects.
    • Licensed in the State of California
    • Must be able to produce coordinated documents in Autocad, Revit 2016 and BIM.
    • O.S.H.P.D. experience is required
    • Proven planning, scheduling and budgeting skills - referral documented
    • Strong leadership and mentoring skills - stated values and principles
