This position is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the President of Leo A Daly. This person will perform all administrative responsibilities such as travel arrangements (domestic and international), setting up meetings, ordering office supplies, expense accounting, word processing, presentation development, spreadsheet management, e-mail, preparing meeting minutes and work closely with other Senior Executives and their Assistants. Assist with various special projects as needed.
This position will be expected to handle documentation and details of a highly confidential and critical nature flawlessly. The role will also require interaction and partnering with various departments, technical team members and consultants. Professional representation of the company is required at all times. Candidate will be expected to relieve the executive of complex details and advanced administrative duties.
