    This is an excellent opportunity to join LEO A DALY’s Miami office in a Marketing Coordinator role.



    We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support the Miami office with a variety of marketing and promotional activities. You’ll work closely with management and subject matter experts to coordinate pursuits and develop proposals for future projects in the following markets: Federal/DoD, Healthcare, Aviation and Corporate/Commercial.  The position requires the ability to serve as the lead proposal coordinator, responsible for an assigned project from beginning to end.

    Your New Role:

    • Participate in high-energy, collaborative team and project environments
    • Proactive team involvement and willingness to participate in ideation at all levels - be engaged!
    • Coordinates the writing, design, layout, and production of proposals in accordance with the LEO A DALY Brand/Standard (maintaining/protecting corporate identity)
    • Creates and edits responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and customized win themes
    • Conducts research and compiles information regarding existing and prospective clients, competitor activity, and industry or market trends to aid in the development of marketing plans, proposals, and presentations
    • Coordinates with various sub-consulting firms to secure their services and associated narratives required to complete and submit comprehensive responses to a myriad of RFPs/Solicitations.
    • Works closely with market sector leaders, Director of Federal Programs, Project Managers, and other LEO A DALY offices to realize stated business objectives
    • Conducts research and compiles information regarding existing and prospective clients, competitor activity, and industry or market trends to aid in the development of marketing plans, proposals, and presentations
    • Responds to various writing, editing, and image requests
    • Coordinates local client events (conferences, tradeshows, sponsorships, seminars, etc.), including invitation distribution; overseeing internal / external advertising; developing PowerPoint presentations, seminar materials and handouts; working or attending the event; ensuring participant follow up.
    • Reports to Managing Principal


    What you will need to succeed:

    • 5+ years of strong experience in proposal development
    • Experience in preparing Standard Form 330 (SF330) formatted proposals for Federal/DoD pursuits
    • Marketing/communications experience in a professional architectural/engineering design firm supporting both Federal and Private Sector markets, particularly Aviation and Healthcare sectors
    • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills; editing and proofreading skills (Chicago Style)
    • The ability to interact with staff of all levels
    • Ability to work on multiple assignments/deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
    • Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision; meeting deadlines and working well under pressure
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite--InDesign, and Deltek Vision
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Experience working independently as well as within cross-functional teams (internal and external) in a collaborative, professional environment
    • Enthusiasm and dedication to the development of a professional services marketing career
    • Sound professional judgment, strong work ethic, positive and client focused attitude
      BA degree in marketing, communications, journalism is preferred
