Responsibilities

  • Primary duties will include creation and coordination of digital content assets, including Revit Families, Revit Detail Components, and Details used in AEC design, in support of our production teams.
  • Content management activities will include content library management, content asset maintenance, content standardization, and improving content quality throughout the entire LEO A DALY brand.
  • Create parametric content and related workflows for project use.
  • Provide technical expertise to aid in the development of content strategies.
  • Assist teams in applying content management strategies.
  • Capture and review project-developed content for addition to LEO A DALY standard libraries.
  • Stay informed of the latest industry trends regarding content creation and management.
  • Improve consistency and quality of both existing and new content.
  • Work with the Design Technology leaders to develop and administer content approval processes.
  • Consult with the various LAD studios and collect content that has proven effective in a project environment which can be vetted and redistributed to all offices if appropriate and beneficial to the organization.
  • Work collaboratively with the Design Technology Team in assuring standards and delivery to other business groups.
  • Contribute to the development of training modules to be administered to LAD staff.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of production experience in Revit, knowledge of creating and maintaining Autodesk Revit families, libraries, and models are required
  • Proficiency with producing 3D models and architectural project documents in Autodesk Revit an absolute must
  • Strong knowledge of Revit, Dynamo and Navisworks, Rhino, Sketchup, and other 3D modeling tools
  • Aptitude toward technology and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience teaching/guiding/mentoring less experienced designers in Revit content creation and model/document production
  • Candidates should have good communication skills, be well organized, and have the ability to work in a flexible environment.
