The Computational Design Leader will develop new computational design methodologies to leverage data and develop design solutions that are to be shared across markets within the firm’s structure. We are looking for computational designers to be fully integrated into the design process extending both LAD engineering and our firm’s architectural work. This is a design role and will report to the Global Design Principal under the guidance of the Global Design Leadership Group. This leadership position will have significant interface with Architecture, Engineering, IT, Digital Practice and Market Leadership.

We are currently seeking a Senior Designer with 5 to 10 years of experience who enjoys taking projects from beginning to end. An individual who is a team player with excellent Revit/Graphic and communication skills. Ideal candidate will be a well-organized, detail-oriented individual who is accustomed to working on the production of multiple projects. This position will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team of Architects and Engineers and be responsible for the architectural technical excellence of documents for the core team.
This position will require a candidate that can work with minimal direction and be able to execute the responsibilities given to them by a project manager and office leadership. The candidate must have a working knowledge of building codes and construction standards as well as a high level of Revit capabilities.

Leo A Daly, an award winning, International Architecture, Interior Design, Planning and Engineering firm is seeking an Architect for our Las Vegas office. Candidate will work as part of a multi-discipline team supporting projects in our Los Angeles and Las Vegas offices. Limited travel is required. Candidate will orchestrate and coordinate the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design development and contract document phases of projects, attend client and internal meetings, and participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.

The Minneapolis office of Leo A Daly is seeking an experienced, design-minded individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, interested in leading and expanding a growing Architecture/Engineering design practice as a Market Sector Lead for public, education and community clients within the Public and Institutional (P+I) market sector. This position is responsible for expanding our market presence, advancing market strategy, fostering engaged teams, and securing opportunities in the marketplace.
The preferred candidate shall have in-depth knowledge and experience in project development within this region and possess strong experience and knowledge in design, business metrics and project management/project execution. Candidate will develop, with assistance of the Managing Principal, and lead the development of the strategic market plan, and grow / manage client relations with clientele in Minnesota. Advanced candidates may lead or partner on regional or national level opportunities and project developments and provide subject-matter-expertise to our national offices, dependent upon the expertise and skills of the candidate.
The Market Sector Leader will participate in social, civic, trade or professional organizations which support the marketing of the Public & Institutional sector and cultivate the firm’s brand through outreach, business opportunity meetings, networking events, committees and associations.

This position will serve as a member of an integrated design team and will be responsible for coordinating the civil design with other disciplines to meet project schedules and budgets.

The IT Specialist will support and maintain company laptops, desktops, peripherals, software, and IT Systems. This will include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading hardware and software while ensuring optimal performance. The IT Specialist will be able to troubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training and assistance when required. This position is customer facing and requires strong customer service skills.

We are seeking an experienced National Engineering Practice Leader committed to an integrated, multidisciplinary design approach and comprehensive development of the engineering design process. Reporting to the LEO A DALY President, this building engineering professional will closely collaborate with 1) Managing Principals and Directors of Business Development to position the firm to win work and develop strategic direction for the engineering practice, 2) Directors of Operations to develop project execution strategies and supplement employee recruitment and retention efforts and 3) Engineering Discipline Leaders to ensure technical excellence is achieved in all aspects of the practice.
Geographic location: Omaha, Minneapolis or Atlanta. Other Leo A Daly office locations could be considered.

We are currently seeking a Senior Living specific Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to be an integral member of our West Palm Beach office. The Project Manager is involved in all aspects of project development and responsible for balancing design, schedule, and budget to meet client expectations. The Project Manager will provide direction to colleagues and consultants at all levels to ensure the project is completed as planned, budgeted, and scheduled. The role also handles all project communications, represents the team (and the firm) to the client and represents the client to the team.
